We don’t just want you to rent from us. We want you to stay with us. At Times Real Estate Group, making you feel at home is everything. We created a benefits package that is sure to make you very happy the entire time you’re here.

It is a set of great features, designed to make our Residents’ and Owners' lives easier. This package includes everything from an upgraded maintenance platform and a 24/7 resident portal created to make Times Real Estate rental homes a better place to live. In this article, we’re going to talk about why this is such a great program and answer some commonly asked questions.

Utility Concierge Service

Citizen Home Solutions will take care of connecting all your utilities and amenities so you can focus on more important things in moving into your new home or office. They are a fast and easy service that will take care of all your utility services and moving needs. They will ensure that you get the best rate and deals that are available for your home! The best part about their service is that they can take care of everything typically with just one phone call.

Home Buying Assistance

When you are ready, TREG can connect you with a licensed agent that can help you find and purchase a new home of your own. We can also connect you with a lender who can help get you prepared. There is no fee for this service as part of the Residents Benefit Package.

Vetted Vendor Network

Rest assured that all technicians sent to your home are reputable, licensed when required, and professional for any and all repairs.

Late-Fee Reduction

TREG will grant a one-time reduction of your late fee by $25 if paid the same day that the late fee is applied to your account. This can only be used once every 12 months.

Longer Office Hours

We are open with live support Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Tenants can reach a live person easier and we pride ourselves on returning calls on the same day.

Free Credit Reporting for All Rental Payments made during this Lease

Tenants receive the benefit of positive credit reporting for all on-time rental payments. Credit Bureau collects rent payment data from us. Credit Bureau creates an incentive for on-time rent payments by helping you build positive credit. Credit Bureau will show late payments but will only help your actual credit score. If you are late on a payment then it can take away the positive score it gave your on-time payments.

No Additional Charges for All Rental Payment paid by EFT through the tenant portal.

Tenants simply pay their rent through the portal without a fee for debit transactions.

Ability to Pay Rent in Cash

With Retail Cash Payments, powered by PayNearMe, you can pay rent in cash without a bank account, credit card, or photo/government-issued ID. All you need to do is get a printed code or mobile payment code from us, visit a participating PayNearMe store, show the cashier your unique payment code, and make your cash payment. Fee may apply.

Included Tenant Portal for Payment Options, and Electronic Statements.

Tenants have free access to our Tenant Portal to pay online using all included payment options to include the automatic ACH option and have access to electronic statements. As well as submit maintenance requests online 24/7, 365 days a year.

HVAC Filter Delivery
