Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

If a tenant or guest of the tenant caused the damage, the charges are automatically the responsibility of the tenant. If the damage was not caused by the tenant or a guest of the tenant, the repairs are the responsibility of the landlord and will be addressed by Times.
